Historic Tudor Addition

This storybook home was built in 1920’s at the edge of a city park in Longmont and soon afterwards, a flat roofed garage was added. The client desperately needed a new large kitchen for homeschooling with an efficient mudroom and entry off the side yard. Over the garage, a new master bedroom suite was designed with a large bath and a TV room/ office. The new additions were detailed to compliment and blend with the original masonry in the historic Tudor style.
