Contemporary Townhouse Renovation
Project Location: Boulder, Colorado
|
This 1970’s townhouse was completely gutted inside and reconfigured with a new floor plan and finishes. The living room on the main floor was opened to a vaulted ceiling by removing the unused room above. The kitchen and dining area were relocated and designed for entertaining friends and family alike. The dramatic new fireplace acts as a room divider and opens to both the living room and the kitchen. An oversized steam shower accompanies a soaker tub in the new master bathroom. And a covered front porch was designed to welcome guests.
