Contemporary Manor Renovation

Boulder has few sites with such spectacular views of the foothills, yet the original 20 year-old house did not respond to the site at all. The renovation included carefully placing large windows throughout the house to capture the views and opening up the floor plan. In addition to having the kitchen completely remodeled with a center island layout, the client desired a new sunroom off the kitchen to bring in the beautifully landscaped backyard. The second floor master bedroom suite was renovated and enlarged, as well as the formal dining room below.
