Project Location: Boulder, Colorado

Set in a historically significant neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado, the cluster of five new homes comfortably identify with their older Bungalow neighbors. The contemporary design of each home is sensitive to the smaller scale of homes on their block and expresses a level of detail common to that era. They are closely arranged with large front porches that become active living spaces.
