Americana Homestead Renovation

Set just outside of Boulder with incredible views of the Flatirons, this contemporary farmhouse underwent a complete renovation. And a new wing, complimenting the architecture, was designed to enlarge the family room and master bedroom suite above. Walls were removed to open up the living room while the kitchen and bathrooms were totally remodeled. The new master bathroom has a wonderfully large shower but the soaking tub has “the best view in the house”.
